JB Connect provides WhatsApp automation, websites, and process automation for local businesses. You can reach us at contato@jbconnect.io for any privacy-related question.

Through the contact form: your name, business name, phone number, and message.

Through the WhatsApp automation service, if you're a client: the messages and appointment details needed to run your automation, plus whatever your own customers send through your WhatsApp number.

Basic, anonymized visit statistics through Vercel Analytics — this doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors.

To respond to your inquiries, set up and run your automation, process payments for active subscriptions, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We use a small number of service providers to run JB Connect: Resend (delivers contact-form emails), Mercado Pago and/or Stripe (processes subscription payments), Vercel (hosts this website), Google Calendar (powers appointment booking for clients who use that feature), and WhatsApp itself (delivers your automation's messages). We don't sell your data to anyone.

We keep contact-form submissions and client data for as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your inquiry, and delete it when it's no longer needed unless we're required to keep it longer by law (for example, billing records).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — just email contato@jbconnect.io. If you're in Brazil, this is covered under the LGPD; if you're in the EU, under the GDPR.

This service is intended for business owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
