Terms of Service

JB Connect provides WhatsApp automation, website development, and business process automation, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. The exact scope of your automation is confirmed with you before setup.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Mercado Pago or Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no partial refunds are issued for that period.

Prices shown on the Pricing page are reference prices; your final plan is confirmed with you based on your business's needs before billing starts.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information (hours, pricing, availability, calendar access) you give us to configure your automation, and for keeping your own WhatsApp Business account in good standing with WhatsApp's own terms.

You agree not to use JB Connect's services for spam, illegal activity, or messaging people who haven't opted in to hear from your business.

Our automation depends on third-party platforms we don't control — WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and our hosting and payment providers. We work to keep things running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime and aren't responsible for outages caused by those platforms.

To the extent permitted by law, JB Connect isn't liable for indirect losses (like a missed booking caused by a WhatsApp outage) beyond the amount you've paid us in the past 3 months.

Either of us can end the relationship at any time. If we need to stop providing your automation, we'll give you reasonable notice first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where JB Connect is based.
